" A dog lover's Tale "

All my life I have been raised around animals, everyhing from the common to the exotic. When I was a kid my mom bred poms, we also had a collie (Rocky). The poms were my moms favorite, I guess thats why I'm a big dog lover. Listening to rats yap 24/7 your whole life it gets old! LOL!! Then I starting getting my own pets, I have owned a wolfdog(Snow)when I was younger, but when my neighbors found out what it was they threw a poisoned peice of meat over the fence to it. He was a loveable animal, but people hear wolf and they think of danger. Since then I have longed for another. I have also had a sharpe'/Lab (puppy Nik), Shepherd (Lil Girl), Belgian Malinois (Rusty), Lab/Rotti(Sassy), Akita/coonhound (Copper), and last but not least I finally got my wolfdog(Cherokee). I have also had in my life ferrets, snakes, rabbits, macaws, parrots, camon gators, skunks, racoons, you name it, I have had it. Guess that's what happens when your mom was a Vet tech!! Animals have filled voids in my life, they can light up your world when you need it. I know it sounds like alot of animals but they were all taken care of till the end of their lives. Except I stll have Cherokee and Sassy. Well that's the end of todays tale! Wag ya laterz!
